BackGround was founded in 2012 by veterans of the security services, who have extensive experience in conducting security investigations and determining the level of risk before hiring. When established, BackGround's goal was To carry out credibility and trustworthiness tests for new employees in both small and large organizations in Israel, in the private sector. The method that BackGround developed for determining the level of risk and the risk emanating from that candidate who wants to join the organization is an innovative process in Israel that began to develop only in the last decade. We at BackGround, are proud to be among the first companies in Israel to conduct security checks and classifications for the private market.
